Your benefits with Hertz and Extime

Hertz and Extime have partnered to allow Extime Rewards members to earn Extime points with every car rental in France booked via this dedicated page. These points can then be used for immediate discounts on future purchases online on Extime.com, in airport shops, or on eligible rentals.

All Extime Rewards members travelling in France are eligible. To earn points, the booking must be made via the Hertz x Extime page and with the same email address as the Extime Rewards account.

To earn points:

• Book your car in France via the Hertz x Extime page.
• Use the email address linked to your Extime Rewards account.
• Once the rental is completed and confirmed, your points will be automatically credited.

Points scale: €1 excl. VAT = 1 Extime point.

From 400 points, you can convert your Extime points into a discount voucher (single use code) via your loyalty area on extime.com.

The voucher will be sent to you by email and must be presented at the Hertz location in France at the time of payment to receive the discount.

Scales:

400 points = €10 incl. VAT
800 points = €20 incl. VAT
1,200 points = €30 incl. VAT

Yes, you earn points on the base rental amount excl. VAT paid at the location. Taxes, fees and options are excluded.

Yes. Modification and cancellation conditions are identical to standard Hertz bookings and are indicated at the time of reservation.

Points are earned exclusively on short term self drive car rentals booked via the dedicated page and paid for by the member.

Points are calculated on the base rental amount excl. VAT paid at the agency. Taxes, fees and options are excluded.

Points are calculated at the time of vehicle collection at the agency and credited within 72 hours following payment at the agency.

Extime points:

• can be used from 400 points,
• can be converted into vouchers valid until 31/12/2026,
• must be used on a total amount incl. VAT higher than the voucher value.

Yes. Points earned during year N expire on 31 December of year N+2.

Once points have been converted into a discount voucher, they cannot be recredited.

Your status is automatically identified through the email address used for the booking, which must be exactly the same as the one linked to your Extime Rewards account.
